Tonight our family ate at Newt's (216 1st. Ave SW, above City Cafe), voted "Best Burger in Rochester" 7 times in a row. I am not a big red meat person but I do enjoy the occasional quality burger. Although I'll need a few weeks time to recover from being so full, we will definitely go back! We all loved our food. My husband ordered the Todd, I had the Marvin, and our toddler got the chicken strips which were actually some of the best we have ever tasted. The atmosphere of the restaurant is casual and they bring out popcorn before your meal. My only complaint was the loud music which our infant did not appreciate. This is the kind of place you want to take visitors because it is sort of an experience in itself.What is your favorite dish at Newt's?
