The playground at Northgate Park is fairly standard. The reason to go is the sprinkler/water feature. So simple, but it's an easy cool down on a hot summer day. And, it is the only free one I know of (so far) in Rochester.Northgate Park is located on 24th St. and 18 1/2 Ave NW.
