Growing With Music
In January, I enrolled my son in a Growing With Music class. From the website:
GROWING WITH MUSIC, is a developmental music program designed especially for toddlers and preschoolers with a curriculum that supports the prekindergarten national music standards of the Music Educators National Conference. Each week students are guided through thirty minutes of musical activities designed to emphasize overall development while introducing important music concepts.
I cannot express how much he has loved this class. Some class topics they've covered so far include bubbles, football and Valentine's Day. The kids are moving around, playing instruments such as drums or tamborines, and the teacher, Brenda, always gives them a stamp on their hand at the end of class- a particular highlight for my kiddo.
Rochester classes are held at Bethany Methodist Church (1835 19th Ave NW) on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Parents can register for a parent/child class or children only classes. For more information on tuition, schedules, and enrollment, send an email to info@growingwithmusic.com.

That sounds like such a cute little class!
I was really sad that Music Together classes aren't offered here in Rochester; maybe we will check these out.
