My timing is a bit ill-timed on this, with winter fast approaching, but I only tried Carroll's Cup (20 2nd Ave SW, located in the subway of the Kahler Hotel) for the first time a week ago and I can't keep it to myself. Carroll's Cup is Rochester's first and only self-serve frozen yogurt business. The flavors are always rotating but we've tried quite a few and love them all. Yum. The only problem with this place is the parking (always tricky downtown). Hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. M-F and 11 a.m.- 6 p.m. Saturdays.Tuesday, November 1, 2011
