Foster-Ahrend Park

I think Foster-Ahrend (4051 East River Road) is better known for its lake and beach (I'm wishing we had gone during the summer), but this week we visited the park. There are two play areas, one clearly for younger children. We packed lunches to eat at one of the many picnic tables and enjoyed the beautiful day. With the lake in the background and the leaves starting to turn, as well as the unique play structures, it was a really pleasant outing.
